Yrthya is an innovative cross-sector leader driving philanthropy, social responsibility, and workplace inclusion.
She kicked off her career at the Robin Hood Foundation and held leadership positions at Toyota Motor North America, Thomson Reuters, Time Warner/Warner Media LLC and Open Society Foundation. She also holds the distinction of having served as the first Chief Diversity Officer for New York State and Yrthya serves on the non-profit boards of The NY Public Theater and Latino Victory Fund and is also member of Burberry’s Culture Advisory Council and the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) Diversity Council.
