Yang is the Chief Information Officer at Tapestry, Inc., the house of iconic accessories and lifestyle brands consisting of Coach, Kate Spade New York and Stuart Weitzman. Yang has been with Tapestry, Inc. for 8 years, serving in various roles and spearheading technology integration
and modernizations through two acquisitions. With over 25 years of experience in digital and technology transformation, Yang possesses a deep understanding of emerging technologies and market trends. Throughout her career, she has been instrumental in driving innovation and fostering growth for global enterprises through transformative initiatives.
Passionate about Equity, Inclusion, and Diversity, Yang actively champions these values within
her organization. As the Executive Sponsor of the Asian Heritage Alliance, she advocates for
underrepresented voices. Additionally, Yang is a dedicated supporter of Women in STEM,
frequently engaging as a speaker and panelist to spotlight women in technology. Embracing
diverse perspectives, Yang continually challenges her own assumptions, striving to cultivate a
culture of psychological safety where authenticity thrives and everyone feels valued and empowered.
Originally from China, Yang immigrated to the US at the age of 12 and now resides on Long
Island with her husband and two children. Outside of her professional pursuits, she finds joy in
spending time with family and playing golf.
