Xin is a finance leader at MGM National Harbor, where she oversees financial operations across multiple departments. Originally from China, Xin moved to the U.S. to pursue higher education, earning a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration from the University of Nevada and a Master of Science in Finance from Johns Hopkins Cary Business School.
Xin began her career at MGM Resorts in 2015 as a Finance Intern, and her dedication and expertise quickly propelled her through the ranks. She transitioned from the Financial Shared Services Center to Casino Accounting Manager, ultimately rising to her current role as Director of Finance. Xin’s career journey is a testament to her perseverance, as she built expertise in a highly competitive industry while navigating the challenges of working in a global company.
In addition to her professional achievements, Xin was a participant in the AABDC’s Young Professional Leadership Program, underscoring her commitment to continuous growth and leadership development.
