Vinod Kachroo is a seasoned leader in the financial services industry with over 35 years of experience, having held significant roles at AIG, Prudential, and MetLife. As CEO of Innoveo for the past three years, he has focused on guiding strategy, product development, and market growth, successfully transforming Innoveo into a leading digital platform for insurers in the U.S. Under his leadership, the company doubled revenues in nine months and shifted its revenue focus from EMEA to 65% American clients.
Previously, as President and COO at SE2, he led innovation and business growth for over 30 insurers, optimizing operations and expanding the company's footprint. At TCS, he served as Chief Technology Officer, driving technology solutions and strategic alliances. During his 12 years at MetLife, he implemented initiatives that significantly improved operational efficiency, reducing policy cycle times and enhancing customer service.
Vinod is a sought-after speaker and author, known for his ability to turn complex ideas into actionable plans. An avid runner, he applies the same determination to his professional endeavors. He is active in charity work, particularly with the American Cancer Society, and has an MBA from St. Peter’s College and a BS in Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, India. Vinod resides in Martinsville, NJ, with his family.
