Vienna is the Chief Transformation Officer at Chobani, leading the company's mission to provide “good food for all.” She has a 25-year career marked by success in dynamic business environments, focusing on talent development and inclusive team culture. Vienna moved from Hong Kong to Queens, NY at age 13, later earning a degree from the Wharton School of Business. She began her career in Investment Banking, advising Fortune 500 and privately-held F&B and restaurant companies.
After a decade, Vienna joined PepsiCo, where she led enterprise-level transformations across multiple functions, including Mergers & Acquisitions, sustainability initiatives, and digital transformation. She was also a sponsor of key women and Asian advancement initiatives. In April 2024, she joined Chobani to help set the foundation for sustainable growth.
Vienna resides in Bedford Hills, NY with her husband, Sean, and their twin daughters, Annabella and Alexis. She is dedicated to mentoring the next generation of leaders and integrating her professional and personal life.
