He regularly advises venture-backed companies across numerous industries,In particular, he counsels companies on structuring, drafting and negotiating complex strategic technology and license agreements. In addition to his startup practice, Vejay has deep industry knowledge in advertising, media and entertainment. He also advises clients on related commercial and regulatory issues.
Prior to joining Fenwick, Vejay was a partner at a leading advertising and marketing law firm. He also previously served as the director of business and legal affairs at Lifetime Television, support- ing the creative and television and film production units and he has worked as an associate at leading IP boutique firms in New York.
