Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion – THE COCA-COLA COMPANY
Tatiana Dorsey is the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) for The Coca-Cola Company. In her role, which she has held since 2021, she is responsible for overseeing the internal DEI strategy and initiatives, executed within the North America region, aligned to the company's purpose of refreshing the world and making a difference. Tatiana, in partnership with the Global Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, are focused on creating an inclusive environment where people feel that they belong, can thrive, and equips our employees to be their best selves.
Prior to joining Coca-Cola, Tatiana served as the Inclusion Capabilities Leader for Kimberly-Clark Corporation, a multinational personal care company that manufacture consumer goods.
Tatiana has held HR roles at various companies, including Travelport and International Business Machines (IBM).
Personally, Tatiana is married to her college sweetheart, Donald Dorsey. The two are proud parents of three vibrant sons: Dillon Blake (4 years old), twins, Landon Asher and Logan Alexander (1 year old), and a fur baby, Bella.
