Tania is a 2015 AABDC Outstanding 50 Asian Americans in Business award recipient. She is an ICF accredited executive and leadership coach for Fortune 500 companies including Amazon, IBM, Chevron, American Express, Disney and Accenture. Her expertise focuses on executive presence, confidence, adaptability, team management, career transition, influence, and neurodiversity.
A supporter of DE&I, Tania founded the NY Region Alliance at AIG. The Alliance focused on empowering women through their career journey. She has designed and written curriculum on effective communication and how to succeed in business. Tania has been the Education Director for the Young Professionals Network (YPN), at the Monmouth Board of Realtors and an active member on the Coldwell Banker Advisory Council. She is a mentor for AABDC’s YPLP (Young Professional Leadership Program), coach and educator at Figure Skating in Harlem, and CC Sabathia’s PitCCh-In Foundation. One of Tania’s proudest moments is evolving from her fear of appearing "too soft" and acting with strength in vulnerability, courage, and clarity.
