Chief Strategy and Corporate Development Officer, Pearson PLC
Sue is the Chief Strategy Officer of Pearson PLC. She drives strategic planning across the company, advising on critical global and business priorities, and helps to refine Pearson's direct-to-consumer strategy, as well as chart the course for future growth.
Prior to joining Pearson, Sue was the Vice President of International (Airline Portfolio Strategy and Management) at Delta Air Lines. She led many cross-functional strategic and operational programs at Delta.
Prior to Delta, Sue was a Partner and Managing Director at The Boston Consulting Group. Prior to BCG, Sue worked globally at Lucent Technologies and Nortel Networks. Sue serves on the advisory council for The Jimmy Carter Center and the YMCA Georgia board. Sue holds an MBA from The Wharton School of Business (University of Pennsylvania), a BS in Electrical Engineering and Business from the University of Ottawa, and was a Rotary International Scholar in Peru.
