Steve was recently credited for mentoring many store managers and assistant managers as they navigate through Stop and Shop’s Management Development Program. Nearly a dozen assistant and store managers reached the level of their careers through Steve’s passion for people improvement. Steve is also a big supporter of the community, facilitating many community projects, such as Pride Month, Breast Cancer Awareness, and local job fairs.
