Sastry Durvasula is the Chief Information and Client Services Officer at TIAA, leading global technology and client services organizations. He oversees Global Data and AI, Global Business Services, Client Tech Labs, and Partnerships across various TIAA businesses. Previously, Sastry was Global Chief Technology and Digital Officer at McKinsey & Company, where he led digital strategy and development. He has held leadership roles at Marsh and American Express, bringing extensive experience in technology, financial services, and insurance.


Sastry is known for transforming organizations, developing innovative digital strategies, and managing global P&Ls. He has led the creation of strategic products, FinTech partnerships, and new ventures. A diversity advocate, Sastry serves on the Board of Directors for Girls in Tech and champions initiatives for women in technology, including ReWRITE and Half the Board.


Sastry holds a master's degree in engineering from the Indian Institute of Science, has 35+ patents, and is active in technology industry consortia. He is a recognized speaker, influencer, and recipient of numerous awards in the field.
