Sandeep Singh is the Senior Vice President, HR Business Partner to the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Macy's Inc. In this role, he is responsible for supporting leadership to create a high performing team enabled by an optimal organization design and efficient ways of working.
Sandeep joined Macy's Inc. in September 2019 as the Vice President and Head of Compensation. Prior to Macy's, Sandeep held key leadership positions in multinational companies, including at Mondelez International's North and South America division, and at Kellogg Company, where he managed compensation initiatives on a global scale.
At Macy’s, Sandeep is an executive sponsor of the Macy’s A-Team Colleague Resource Group, which brings the diverse Asian and Pacific Islander colleagues and allies together to share about career, commerce, community and culture. Sandeep holds a master’s degree in Statistics and Actuarial Science from the University of Iowa and his undergraduate was a dual major in Mathematics and Computer Applications from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
