Ruchi Gupta is a Solution Manager at McKinsey & Company in Philadelphia. As a learning & development and DEI expert, Ruchi serves clients across industries and sectors, focusing on building and accelerating talent pipelines, especially for underrepresented leaders. Most recently, she leads and acts as faculty for McKinsey's Connected Leaders Academy (CLA), a capability-building program for Black, Asian, and Hispanic & Latino professionals across tenures. Since its launch in 2020, CLA has served more than 67,000 participants and 1,000 organizations.
