Roy Weathers is a PwC Vice-Chair and member of the US Leadership Team. Roy was recently named PwC’s Societal Engagement & Policy Solutions Leader and is responsible for working with many different external stakeholders on societal challenges and important policy matters. Before being named Societal Engagement & Policy Solutions Leader, Roy was PwC’s US Tax Leader and a member of the Global Tax Leadership team. Previous roles include US Tax Strategy Leader, NY Metro Tax Leader, NY Metro Tax Leader for the Banking & Capital Markets and Insurance sectors and Chief Diversity Officer. Roy has more than 25 years of experience serving multinational clients, providing a full range of services, and is Senior Relationship Partner on a number of the Firm’s key clients. He currently serves on the board of trustees for Madison Square Boys & Girls Club, The Pinkerton Foundation, Carnegie Hall and Riverdale Country School. Roy earned a Master’s in Accounting with a concentration in Taxation from Clemson University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Winthrop University. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
