Raj Sharma is a global business executive and transformative technology leader currently serving as EY Global Manager Partner – Growth & Innovation. With 25 years of experience, he focuses on bringing cutting-edge solutions to clients and developing insights for the future. Raj previously served as EY Americas Vice Chair for Consulting, guiding 40,000 consultants and establishing EY as a leading transformation consultancy. He also led the EY Americas Financial Services Organization's Consulting practice, overseeing a multi-billion-dollar business across the Americas and India.
Raj is passionate about building dynamic and resilient workforces that adapt to evolving customer needs, drive business performance, and manage risk effectively. As an advocate for diversity and inclusion, he champions the Pan-Asian community at EY, serving as the newly appointed Executive Sponsor of the EY Pan Asian Professional Network. He has been at the forefront of placing several Pan-Asian professionals in prominent leadership positions (including his successor in FSO), and externally used his network to create a council of CIOs to connect and share best practices on supporting Asian talent.
