Norma Tan, PhD is the Principal of Cora Group, a woman- and minority- owned consulting practice established in 1988 to help organizations meet new workplace challenges through learning systems that promote the capacity for change and innovation. As a learning systems design and research specialist, she and her team advise and assist clients to design and implement training, assessment, and evaluation methods to enhance their problem-solving and decision-making capacity, using evidence-based methods that draw on knowledge from diverse sources and stakeholders. They also provide professional development and coaching to senior executives, managers and frontline staff to maximize their talent and leadership potential.
Over the years, her company has served a wide range of organizations across all sectors: corporations and small businesses, government agencies, private foundations, and not-for-profit organizations. Norma holds a doctorate in Educational Psychology from Columbia University.
