Executive Officer, Interos
Nita is a Board Advisor with Interos and a strategic advisor with Fusion, which allows her to elevate focus and technology capabilities within these areas. She has been actively driving to influence the industry in the thinking of Operational Resilience and converging discussions between industries.
Nita has been a key note speaker at a number of industry conferences within the financial industry. She has been published in Newsweek and the Disaster Recovery Journal on topics related to supply chain risk, ESG and Operational Resilience. Nita has more than 25 years of multi-disciplinary experience within the financial industry. She has held a variety of leadership roles across a multitude of functional areas, including Technology, Operations, Finance, Risk & Control. Nita’s international career spans Europe, North America and Asia with Freddie Mac, JP Morgan, and Deutsche Bank.
She was a co-founder of a women’s initiative, “Men-As-Allies” program at JP Morgan, and is actively involved with a South-Asian Executive group focused on helping senior leaders secure board positions.
She is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) and has a BSc (Hons.) in Mathematics and Management from King’s College, University of London. She has two college age children and in her free time she travels, paints and loves skiing.
