Nathan Stein is an Executive Director with Morgan Stanley and currently serves as the
Head of Global Talent Communications and Change Management.
Nathan focuses on helping Morgan Stanley build a diverse workforce that not only reflects the markets and communities that Morgan Stanley serves, but also one that is aligned with the Firm’s core values of putting clients first and doing first class business in a first class way.
He is actively involved in the Firm's Pride & Ally LGBT+ Employee Network. He helps shape programming and policy initiatives that drive engagement between LGBT+ employees, ally's and clients globally.
Nathan began his career with Morgan Stanley in 2009. Prior to his current role, he has held various leadership positions in Diversity & Inclusion and Marketing. He is based in New York City and is a passionate world traveler.
