Nalika leads the consulting practice for EY’s Financial Services Office, one of the largest regions of EY Americas.
For the past 20+ years, Nalika has served as a trusted advisor to many of the top global financial services firms. She has a strong market presence and is frequently invited to speak on strategic topics such as innovation, growth and profitability.
In her role as financial services managing partner, she runs a $3B+ consulting business. Nalika joined EY from Capgemini. Prior to consulting, she worked in M&A Advisory. She is an advisory council member of Next Chapter, an industry initiative sponsored by Money Management Institute (MMI). Nalika has an MBA from Columbia Business School.
Nalika grew up in Sri Lanka and came to the US on a scholarship. She serves on the Board of Fortune Society whose mission is to help formerly incarcerated individuals integrate back into society.
