Monisha Nariani leads U.S. Bank's Retail and Small Business Banking Transformation, Sales Enablement, and Strategy. She oversees best practices for 12.1 million consumers and businesses, managing 2,200 branches and 13,000 employees representing $10 billion in revenue.


Previously, Monisha was Chief Operating Officer of Citi's Global Business Development and Strategy organization and Global Head of Citi's Consumer Fairness and Reputation Risk discipline. Her expertise spans consumer banking and wealth management, focusing on delivering positive economic returns and championing consumers and businesses.


Monisha is known for driving scalable transformation and navigating shifts in technology, regulation, and customer expectations to identify growth opportunities. She co-chaired Citi's 3,000-member Asian Diversity and Inclusion Network and serves on the boards of the Center for an Urban Future and the Coro New York Leadership Center.


A native New Yorker, Monisha lives in Manhattan with her husband and two teenage sons, Zubin and Yash.
