Michael Park is a Senior Partner based in McKinsey & Company’s New York Office. He works deeply with clients in Energy and Industrial Technology to respond to disruption and enter and compete in new markets. He also leads McKinsey Academy globally, the unit in our Firm that provides at scale capability building to build the organizational strength of our clients. as the Executive Sponsor for McKinsey's Asian/Asian-American group that supports, convenes and celebrates Asians in the workplace.
In addition, Michael is an active member in the community. He has led our Firm’s research on accelerating growth and competitiveness in US industry, including the McKinsey Quarterly article “Translating innovation into US growth” and work with the Brookings Institute, World Economic Forum, and state governments. He is the Chair of the Asia Society’s Business Council and sits on the board of Global Health Corps and Leaders for Educational Equity. Michael was selected as a David Rockefeller Fellow of the Partnership for New York City in 2011-12.
Michael graduated magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa from Harvard College with an A.B in Economics. Michael and his wife and three children reside in New York City
