Mengyi “Jason” Ye, Esq. is a Partner at Ortoli Rosenstadt LLP, a prominent international full-service law firm based in Manhattan. Serving as the firm’s Asia Practice Co-Chair, Mr. Ye is considered one of the most prolific capital market attorneys in the country in helping Asia-based companies to go public in the United States. Mr. Ye concentrates his law practice on cross-border corporate and capital market transactions and has represented many companies from Asia. Over the last few years, Mr. Ye led his team and completed more than twenty IPO listings onto the New York Stock Exchange or Nasdaq. Mr. Ye helped his first client successfully list on Nasdaq at the age of 28, an unprecedented achievement in Wall Street history. Mr. Ye is a frequent speaker on the subject matter of US capital markets worldwide. Mr. Ye was selected consecutively to the 2020 and 2021 New York Metro Rising Stars list by the Super Lawyers, an honor reserved for those lawyers who exhibit excellence in practice and only 2.5% of all attorneys in the New York Metro area.
