Lorrissa is Senior Vice President and General Manager of Webex Calling and Contact Center in the Cisco Collaboration Group. She leads a global team responsible for the future strategy and growth of both product portfolios as well as Webex’s online business. Previously, Lorrissa drove the product evolution of Webex Teams which is now the Webex App. Lorrissa brings more than 16 years of experience in areas including product management, productivity software in Microsoft Office, natural language processing, and machine learning. She has a track record of thinking outside-the-box with the development of 10 patents over her career.
