Lisa C. Lim, Ernst & Young senior tax partner and global tax account leader, is known as an innovator, collaborator, idea generator, and mentor. Among 3,500 EY partners in the US, she ranks in the top 3% of global tax account leaders of Fortune 50 companies. She is a member on the firm’s key governance groups, the EY Global Advisory Council and Americas Advisory Council.
A frequent speaker on diversity, equity and inclusiveness issues, Lisa is She is co-founder and executive sponsor of Empowering Women in Tax, EY’s flagship client event for women tax leaders and their mentees, and as a member of the NY Board of All Stars Inc., which invests in after-school programs and internships for minority inner-city youth. Born and raised in the Philippines, Lisa is proud of her Asian heritage and the contribution she can make to advancing diversity and inclusion.
In 1982, she left the Philippines to attend the MBA program at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School, joining EY in Chicago after graduation. Her roles with EY include Malaysia, New York, and Singapore. In 2005, Lisa returned to New York to rebuild the Asia Pacific Business Group, during which she continued to mentor senior managers and managers from Asia.
