Laura Peterson is a senior managing director leading Accenture's Communications, Media, and Technology (CMT) business in North America. She oversees a client portfolio of renowned brands in cable, connectivity, wireless, media, entertainment, high-tech, and software industries. As the office managing director for Accenture in New York Metro, Laura leads over 7,000 people, managing client relationships and community efforts.
Laura is responsible for Accenture's strategy, talent development, growth, and delivery for CMT clients. She is a member of the Tech: NYC board and a 2023 David Rockefeller Fellow with the Partnership for New York City. Laura has been recognized for her leadership, receiving Seramount's 2022 Women of Excellence honors and Crain's New York Business "Notable Women in Accounting and Consulting" award in 2020 and 2021. She serves on the WICT Network's global board of directors, promoting women's advancement in media and technology.
