Jyoti Menon is a seasoned leader in the financial services industry with over 20 years of experience in product management, strategy, and development. As Vice President of Product for Service and Engagement at Bread Financial, she is responsible for creating top-tier digital experiences for customers. Previously, she served as Director at Citi, overseeing digital wallets, eCommerce, and bill payments, where she managed key partnerships and strategies.
Jyoti began her career at American Express, focusing on mobile travel and expense solutions. Throughout her career, she has launched global marketing tools and improved client reporting solutions.
In addition to her professional work, Jyoti is a Trustee on Barnard College’s Board and received the Columbia Alumni Association award in 2023 for her commitment to the college. She also serves on the Board of the Shanti Bhavan school in India, which aims to uplift children and families through education, and is involved with the Indo-American Arts Council.
Jyoti holds a Master’s in International Affairs from Columbia University and a bachelor's degree from Barnard College, Columbia University.m The Wharton School. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.
