Jyoti Chopra is the Chief People, Inclusion and Sustainability Officer for MGM Resorts International, responsible for leading Human Resources and Social Impact and Sustainability.
Prior to MGM Resorts, Jyoti held leadership roles as SVP of Global Diversity & Inclusion and HR Operations and Transformation at Pearson Plc., Chief Diversity Officer and Managing Director of Global Citizenship and Sustainability for BNY Mellon, the global leader for communications and public relations at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited, and Managing Director at Merrill Lynch & Co.
She holds a BA in Journalism from New York University, an MBA with distinction from the University of Oxford, and completed the Securities Industry Institute at the Wharton School.
Jyoti is on the Executive Council of SHRM and a member of the Diversity Advisory Board for Toyota. She serves as a Diversity and Inclusion Advisor to the Spencer Stuart Global Leadership Team and is a member of the Board of Directors at Schneider National.
