Joyce Chang

Chair of Global Research, JPMorgan Chase



Joyce Chang is the Chair of Global Research at J.P. Morgan’s Commercial and Investment Bank, with 35 years of experience in macro, fixed income, cross-asset, emerging markets, and geopolitical research. Previously, she was Global Head of Research and Global Head of Fixed Income Research. Joyce began her career as an Emerging Markets Strategist, earning 25 #1 rankings in Institutional Investor surveys. She was inducted into the Fixed Income Analyst Society Hall of Fame in 2014.

Joyce is the Executive Sponsor for J.P. Morgan Chase’s AsPIRE network and serves on multiple boards, including the German Marshall Fund, Fixed Income Analyst Society, and the Asian American Business Development Center. A member of the Council on Foreign Relations, she has been recognized among American Banker’s Top 25 Most Powerful Women in Finance. Joyce holds an M.P.A. from Princeton and a B.A. from Columbia, where she received the John Jay Award for professional achievement.
