Project Manager, Con Edison
Jackson Koo is a Project Manager in Emergency Preparedness, leading the Weather and Technology team to leverage software and hardware technologies to ensure Con Edison is at the forefront of being prepared and responding to all emergency scenarios.
From improved onboarding to expedited invoice reconciliation, Jackson’s efforts have led to increased productivity to rapidly restore outages and resolve over $35 million in invoice backlogs to ensure strong working relationships with partners.
Currently, Jackson is driving technological innovation with this team by leveraging drones.
Jackson epitomizes diversity, equity, and inclusion through his involvement with the company’s Asian employee resource group Asian Professionals Alliance of Con Edison (APACE). As the vice president of Community Involvement for APACE, he has coordinated numerous volunteer initiatives.
Jackson also fills a key role to the company’s dragon boat racing team, the Electric Dragons, as the current head coach and co-captain.
