Isis Wu is the President of Residential Fire & Safety, leading a ~$1B global business with brands like Kidde, a top manufacturer of fire safety products. With over two decades of global management and transformation experience, Isis has held leadership roles at McKinsey & Company, Kimberly-Clark, and United Technologies.
Isis has a proven track record of building high-performing organizations and driving operational efficiency and business growth. Under her leadership, Kidde launched the award-winning Cause for Alarm campaign, addressing gaps in fire safety education and access. She also led the launch of the industry's first integrated smart detection system and the comprehensive Kidde Detect product line, which offers faster and more precise smoke detection.
Beyond her corporate achievements, Isis is dedicated to promoting equality and inclusion. She has been recognized as one of Paradigm for Parity’s 2021 Women on the Rise and actively supports various employee resource groups. Isis serves as the Executive Sponsor for Kidde's Women’s Empowerment ERG and advises the United Carrier Asian Network (UCAN). She is also a member of the Fast Company Impact Council and enjoys spending time with her family and pursuing creative endeavors as a published author.
