Ihita Kabir is a servant leader with more than 15 years of experience in consulting, project management, and risk management. She specializes in strengthening corporate initiatives to improve the recruitment, retention, leadership development, and career advancement of talent. Her expertise spans strategy design, governance, change management, operations, and compliance, making her a key driver of impactful organizational change.

 

Currently, Ihita is the Americas Inclusion & Diversity Strategic Partnerships Lead at Accenture, where she develops and deploys analytics-based, sustainable strategic partnership plans that align with global priorities. She manages strategic investments, optimizing value and impact across 50+ programs and initiatives. She also cultivates high-value partnerships with key external organizations, negotiating contracts, and aligning investments with Accenture’s broader strategy.

 

Beyond Accenture, Ihita serves as an Executive Board Member at Ascend, North America’s largest Pan-Asian professional membership organization. Previously, Ihita led DEI and compliance initiatives at PwC and Booz Allen Hamilton, where she developed governance models, managed contracts, enhanced ERG strategies, and advised leadership on risk management, acquisitions, and stakeholder engagement.

 

A Cornell-certified DEI practitioner and a Certified Scrum Master, Ihita brings a data-driven and relationship-focused approach to her work. Passionate about supporting underrepresented communities, Ihita actively engages in mentorship, ERG leadership, and corporate partnerships that drive systemic change.
