EVP and Chief Revenue Officer, FactSet Research Systems
Ms. Helen Shan is Executive Vice President, Chief Revenue Officer at FactSet Research Systems Inc., a global provider of integrated financial information, analytical applications, and industry-leading services. She recently transitioned from the position of Chief Financial Officer.
Previously, she was at Marsh and McLennan Companies where she served as its Treasurer and also as the Chief Financial Officer for Mercer. Prior to those positions, she was Vice President of Finance and Treasurer at Pitney Bowes, Inc. and Managing Director, Diversified Industries at J.P. Morgan Securities, Inc., among other roles.
Ms. Shan earned an MBA from Johnson at Cornell University and dual undergraduate degrees from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business and School of Applied Science and Engineering. She currently is a member of the Board of Directors and head of the Audit Committee of EPAM Systems, Inc, a leading global provider of digital platform engineering and software development services and has served on the Cornell University Johnson School Advisory Council.
