Fae Wooding is the Head of Global Clinical Supply (GCS) Strategic Hubs within Pfizer’s Research and Development organization. In her role, she oversees the clinical supply strategic hubs located in Costa Rica and the Philippines and leads this global team to support Pfizer’s R&D portfolio. In addition, Fae is the Director of the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (MCPHS)/Pfizer Biopharmaceutical Fellowship program.
Fae is deeply passionate about Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) and is a leader on the Pfizer Global Asian Alliance (GAA) Enterprise Colleague Resource Group (ECRG). Fae serves on the GAA ECRG Leadership Team as the International Programs Lead to organize and implement GAA’s leadership development and regional programs.
Prior to joining Pfizer, Fae was an Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Practice at the MCPHS in
Worcester, Massachusetts. Fae earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Physiology from Boston University and a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from MCPHS.
Fae was born and raised in Hawaii and resides in Massachusetts with her husband. She has a
lifelong desire to explore diverse cultures and learn new languages as demonstrated by her participation in international student exchange programs in Japan and Spain.
