We are delighted to review the successful ERG Summer Social event, which we had the privilege of partnering with AIG on August 22nd.
This event centered on the recent remarks concerning diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) attacks. In light of significant developments, including The Supreme Court's decision to end affirmative action in higher education and the letter issued by 13 state Attorneys General warning corporate America about the potential legal implications of DEI-based hiring practices, it was essential for us to come together to discuss and address these critical matters.
