Emily Yueh is Partner based in McKinsey’s New York office and helps lead Asians at McKinsey (AAM). Emily focuses on organizational, executive leadership development and performance transformation work for leading financial institutions, pharmaceuticals and educational institutions on a wide range of topics including organizational transformations, capability building, and organizational design. She also helps lead McKinsey Academy. Emily holds a B.A. from Carleton College in Political Science and an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Chicago. Emily is also a Mellon Scholar.
