Edward F. Flores serves as a Senior Business Manager and Risk and governance Officer in the Chief Operating Officer office for the DWS Group.
Edward has over 20 years of industry experience across insurance, mutual funds, hedge funds, and regulation. Previously, Edward served as an Associate Compliance Examiner at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. He also worked as an Associate at Goldman Sachs.
He co-chairs the Asian Inclusion Network at Deutsche Bank and DWS, served as a senior member of the Multicultural Partnership Committee of Deutsche Bank in 2017, and continues to serve in the Employee Inclusion and Engagement Council and Graduate Advisory Board for DWS.
Edward earned a BS in Finance from Rutgers College, Rutgers University, and an MBA from the Rutgers Business School. He has mentored Rutgers students and alumni and was awarded the RBS Distinguished Mentorship Award in 2022.
