Dominic Hum is Head of Talent Strategy, Global Banking & Markets for Goldman Sachs, leading the business’s initiatives focused on learning & engagement, diversity & inclusion, and culture. He also leads the business’s Management & Risk teams based in the firm’s Dallas office.
Dominic serves as co-head of the Dallas Asian Network and is a member of the steering committee for the firmwide Asian Network. He joined Goldman Sachs in 2013 after earlier career experiences as an investment banker and as a management consultant. Dominic holds a BA in Economics and Psychology from Swarthmore College.
