Senior Managing Director, Global Services Legal Lead, Accenture
Deborah (Deb) Santiago is a Senior Managing Director in Accenture’s Legal organization, overseeing legal support to Accenture’s five main businesses. Additionally, Deb serves as the Global Legal Lead to Accenture’s multi-billion-dollar Technology business group and is a member of Accenture’s Global Leadership Council (GLC).
She is an Executive Steering Committee member for Accenture Technology’s Project Elevate Program, which helps drive greater visibility, retention, and progression of Accenture Technolo- gy’s ethnically diverse communities.
Prior to joining Accenture, Deb was a senior associate at Sidley Austin in Chicago, with a general focus on Mergers & Acquisitions. She is an alumna of the University of Chicago (A.B., Sociology) and Vanderbilt Law School (J.D.), and lives in Chicago with her husband and two children.
