Christine Tu is a Distinguished Engineer, Managing Director, and the Head of AI, ML & Knowledge Management in Wealth Management Technology and works from New York. She joined the Firm in June 2019 and was chartered to transform the Contact Center and Digital Self Service. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, she worked at Merrill Lynch/Bank of America for over 20 years managing various technology platforms.
In her current role, she is taking a lead and focusing on applying latest advancement of Generative AI to Morgan Stanley Wealth Management and Firmwide. Christine is an AI leader and trail blazer in building GenAI applications. Her team has recently won Best Use of AI/ML in Banking Tech USA Awards for a flagship AI solution.
