Carol Lee Mitchell leads strategic efforts to grow Bank of America’s enterprise business at large, responsible for strategies including women and minority community investments. BoA’s Small Business portfolio comprises 40% women business owners. Carol Lee most recently led the Small Business social bond investment effort.
She joined BoA in 2019 with over 25 years of experience in payments and technology, most recently from Mastercard, where she spent 14 years in global payments.
She serves as an executive mentor in the 30% Club, and as Co-Executive Sponsor for the Delaware Valley chapter of the Asian Leadership Network.
She lectures at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, has a BA in organizational communication from San Francisco State University and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame. She resides in Pennsylvania with her husband Sebastian and daughter Madeline.
