As CEO of MAT, Baiju expanded the company globally and developed the Rapid Payer Response (RPR) platform, revolutionizing how pharmaceutical companies acquire payer insights. RPR reduced the feedback process from five months to just five days, becoming a critical tool for top pharmaceutical companies across 70+ markets worldwide.
In 2020, Baiju secured a $30 million investment from Silversmith Capital Partners, driving further innovation and expansion. This growth led to MAT's acquisition by Genesis Research in 2022, marking a successful exit for Baiju and the founding team.
