NEW YORK, NY, February 6, 2025 – The Asian American Business Roundtable (AABR) is celebrating its 10th year, committed to its mission of highlighting Asian American corporate leadership, executives and entrepreneurs who bring global perspectives that equip their workplaces to compete and succeed.
Featuring C-Suite and executive leaders from global brands including Accenture, EY, IBM, JPMorgan Chase, MGM Resorts, EY and Newsweek, AABR 2025 offers a space and place for those who seek to understand the complex experience of Asian Americans in the American workplace as they take up authority and influential positions, individually and collectively.
Themed “Asian Americans and the American Workplace Experience: Celebration Achievements & Unlocking Future Potential,” the one-day conference will be held on February 27 from 8 am-5:30 pm at Accenture, 1 Manhattan West.
Discussions will include driving value creation with Asian Americans, understanding the critical Asia Pacific markets, as well as the role of Asian American women and the next generation in business decision-making and leadership. We will examine the changes faced by Employee Resource Groups and how they can remain a vital contributor to corporate business strategies.
“Each year, AABR draws hundreds of forward-thinking business leaders and professionals not just from the Asian American community but from all segments of society who see the benefits of engaging talent that is globally diverse and that can offer cultural and technical insights that are so critical in today’s competitive landscape,” said John Wang, Founder and President of the Asian American Business Development Center, which created the summit.
Among the speakers at AABR are:
Manish Sharma, CEO, Americas, Accenture
Joyce Chang, Managing Director, JPMorgan Chase
John Lee, CEO, MKS Instruments Inc
Dev Pragad, President & CEO, Newsweek
“In today’s interconnected and globalized business world where the Asia Pacific is a significant player, the Asian American business community is an invaluable partner to U.S. organizations that seek a strategic advantage to identify untapped business opportunities, discover new markets and strive to attract and retain diverse talent,” said John Wang.
The U.S. Census reports that the New Majority will account for nearly 90 percent of total population growth in the U.S. from 1995 to 2050, with Asian Americans being the second fastest-growing community (162% increase between 2005 and 2050).
