Ashley Lam is program director at BNP Paribas. She is an accomplished risk and monitoring specialist and strategic advisor with 13+ years of experience developing, executing and performing risk assessment programs for various global institutions.
Previously, she was a risk assessment and monitoring specialist. She worked as a financial security advisor for Global Compliance Financial Crime at JP Morgan, and started her career as an Americas Central Compliance specialist at Commerzbank AG.
Ashley holds a BA in Economics and Politics from New York University. She serves on the
iMentor Young Executive Leadership Board and is a member of BNP Paribas Asian Employee
Resource Group. She is an advocate for first-generation mentorship, Asian American
Leadership, Women Leadership, and has founded a scholarship for first generation BIPOC high school and college students.
