At Google, Anshu served as a Director/Distinguished Engineer, leading the Principal Architect community for Google Cloud globally. Her team guided clients through digital transformation journeys leveraging GenAI and Google Cloud. Previously at IBM, she was VP/CTO for financial markets, spearheading groundbreaking projects in AI-powered customer service, digital payments, and data localization solutions. Other IBM roles included global VP of Data and AI Technical Sales and leading the Cloud and Cognitive Architects.
Anshu is a renowned thought leader in technology, having led technical teams worldwide. Passionate, bold, and result-oriented, she encourages a team-first attitude and personal growth. Her leadership style is to lead by example and keep things simple. She is the lead author of books on software deployment and systems architecture and has authored numerous white papers on cloud computing, data, and AI.

With a master's in computer engineering and executive leadership education from Wharton, Anshu lives in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey, with her husband Yogi and two sons. She enjoys traveling, reading, walking, and listening to music, with a bucket list goal of visiting over 100 countries.
