Anisa Kamadoli Costa is a sustainability and philanthropy executive currently serving as Chief Sustainability Officer at Rivian and President & Trustee of the Rivian Foundation. Previously, she spent nearly two decades at Tiffany & Co., where she was the company's first Chief Sustainability Officer and led the Tiffany & Co. Foundation.
She developed Tiffany's metrics-driven ESG efforts, focusing on responsible mining and ocean conservation. She has extensive leadership experience with various nonprofit, industry, and multi-stakeholder organizations, including the World Economic Forum and Geraldine Rockefeller Dodge Foundation. Anisa has been recognized as a leader in sustainability by Business Insider, Vogue Australia, and Marie Claire. She is the 2023 recipient of the Women in Sustainability Leadership Award.
Anisa holds a bachelor’s degree from Barnard College, a master’s degree in International Economic Policyfrom Columbia University and completed the PLD program at Harvard Business School.
