Yvonne Hsu is the Marketing Director for Hill’s Pet Nutrition, US a division of the Colgate-Palmolive Company and is responsible for the Hill’s US Marketing strategy and team focused on driving growth in the pet specialty category.
Yvonne has been instrumental in accelerating growth for Hill’s US executing the Hill’s Science Diet growth plan with excellence, delivering unprecedented sales and share growth on an important business. She has also championed the transition to a digital and eCom first mentality across our organization. Yvonne is currently sponsoring Hills’ “Amazon table,” an agile team supporting the company’s Amazon business relationship with the leading experts from the Hill’s and WPP world within analytics, e-Commerce, Digital Marketing and Customer Service & Logistics.
Prior to her current role, Yvonne was the Marketing Director for C-P Australia and New Zealand, where she led the team through the divestment of the detergent business, elevated analytic and commercial capabilities, and championed the Brand Purpose Model with the development of the first television ad for Bright Smiles, Bright Futures.
Yvonne holds a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University and an MBA from Cornell University’s SC Johnson Graduate School of Management in New York.
Joel Yu began his career at Con Edison nearly a decade ago as a management associate in the company’s Growth Opportunities for Leadership Development (GOLD) program. Since then, he’s held positions of increasing responsibility, proving himself to be a valuable asset in multiple parts of the organization.
For the past two years, Joel has held the position of project manager in the Energy Markets and Policy Group where he develops and advocates for company energy policy positions on wholesale electric and gas pipeline matters. Along with members of the company’s law department, he has negotiated complex gas pipeline rate settlements, achieving more than $10 million in supply portfolio savings through 2022 for Con Edison and Orange and Rockland customers. Joel also supports the development of new management associates in the company’s GOLD Program and mentors local college students through the company’s scholarship program.
Prior to this, Joel served as a project specialist in Energy Markets and Policy Group. He researched complex issues involving energy markets and made recommendations for market rule changes. Joel’s advocacy allowed the company to avoid an allocation of costs associated with the Sewaren project in PJM, the mid-Atlantic regional transmission operator.
Joel’s tenure has not been limited to energy policy. For three years he was an operating supervisor in Electric Operations, where he supervised field crews performing construction, maintenance, operational and emergency work on underground electric distribution equipment throughout Brooklyn and Queens. As a management associate in the Gold program, Joel worked as chief construction inspector in Westchester Substation Construction. He managed project timelines and resolved issues for an $80 million substation upgrade project.
Yogesh Bahl is co-lead of AlixPartners’ Healthcare and Life Sciences practice, and is one of the firm’s Diversity and Inclusion leaders.
Mr. Bahl assists companies by applying his more than 20 years of industry experience in the areas of strategy, risk management, and operations. His industry, finance, accounting, and statistics foundation helps companies conduct investigations, improve compliance programs, manage corporate transactions, analyze commercial operations, and evaluate supply chain integrity. He has significant experience in enterprise risk management, strategic alliances, handling accounting issues, intellectual property, and managing fraud and corruption issues. He serves as an expert during corporate disputes to evaluate liability and calculate damages. Mr. Bahl’s dispute consulting experience includes evaluating industry practice and liability, calculating lost profits, evaluating reasonable royalty rates, analyzing post-closing financial statements, and performing financial analyses to facilitate negotiations.
He sits on the Boards of WomanKind, a non-profit focused on empowering women and children survivors of domestic violence, human trafficking, and sexual assault, as well as Ascend, a non-profit focused on assisting Asian professionals advance in their careers.
Sumeet Aggarwal joined Midmark (India) in 2016. He leads a team of more than 600 across India and capitalizes on long-term business and marketing opportunities by expanding to new markets and growing exports. Under his leadership the largest expansion project of the manufacturing unit was completed in record time and within budget. Mr. Aggarwal has been commended by the President of India and recognized by the Chief Minister, Government of Uttar Pradesh for outstanding work in elevating the skills of over 2000 young women at 7 accredited training centers.
Prior to Midmark, Mr. Aggarwal was General Manager in the CEO’s office at Fortis Healthcare. He also worked at Fortis Healthcare’s Singapore office as General Manager for Business Development & Strategic Alliances and Director in the Executive Chairman’s office. Prior to joining Fortis Healthcare, he was a Global Leadership Fellow at the World Economic Forum in New York. Mr. Aggarwal spent eight years as a trusted advisor to large private and public global healthcare clients while working for Deloitte Consulting and Monitor Group in the United States.
He has a MBA degree from INSEAD and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems from The University of Arizona. Mr. Aggarwal has also been an invitee at ASPEN Institute, to participate in the highly competitive seminar on leadership, values and good society. He is also a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization.

Deborah Lee is a tax partner of PwC’s Chinese Business Network. With over 30 years’ experience, she is viewed by her clients a trusted advisor to deliver domestic and international income tax services to corporations, partnerships, and individuals.
Ms. Lee specializes in cross-border investment consultations, international tax, and structure planning for the investments of Chinese corporations in the US as well as the investments of US corporations in China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Singapore.
She actively participates in various organizations that promote business opportunities between the U.S. and China. She was a delegate on the City of Los Angeles as well as Los Angeles Economic Development Corporation that visited China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan multiple times to attract investments into the U.S. She chaired the annual Bloomberg BNA China Legal and Tax Conference and served on the Asia Business Forum Advisory Committee of CalCPA Los Angeles Chapter.
At PwC, Ms. Lee was the PwC Los Angeles tax diversity leader. She was also the Executive Vice President of Ascend, Los Angeles Chapter and serves on the Women Leaders Cabinet of United Way, Los Angeles Chapter. She has worked with United Way to establish an IRS Volunteer Income Tax Assistance initiative within PwC in 2008, which prepares income tax returns for low income families.
