with 4 -12 years of work experience, recommended by the Chief Diversity Officers (CDOs)

12 Months
100+ hours

will focus on multiple outreach initiatives, webinars, thought leadership research, and article curation through AABDC

of Leadership coaching and interaction with Senior Leadership. Meeting with the AABDC Outstanding 50 diaspora in the US.

Why support YPLP

The initiatives will partner with corporations to support existing programs or strategies to promote socioeconomic racial equity.  The participants will gain the opportunity to learn from peers in other industries and to develop leadership skills that will strengthen their career development.
