BMN Description

The Business Mentorship Network (BMN) was created by the Asian American Business Development Center to create pathways for talented Asian Americans to connect with, and learn from, other Asian Americans with a proven track record of success. It is an innovative strategy for advancing the influence and contribution of Asian Americans in business.

BMN Goal

To develop the next generation of Asian American corporate executives, entrepreneurs and civic leaders by providing cross-company and cross-industry mentoring and learning opportunities, drawing on the knowledge, expertise and networks of recognized Asian American business leaders.

BMN Objectives

  • Leadership development through knowledge exchange that promotes long-term strategic thinking and business acumen
  • Increased opportunities for cross-industry learning to enhance mentor and mentee visibility and professional networks
